15th june 2025 is the day when i began making this game (general concept pitch), which means this game has been in dev for over a year at this point. and im still making it solo without any help aside from couple of feedback :>
footage you see here was an actual "The Return to Andsy's 3" game. It was going to lean Frutiger Aero style in more of JOLLY 1 way before I changed my mind on it being another sequel and turned into fully separate reboot game. also game used to had a bit more of a serious tone. this is before I changed the concept to being a game with a completely different lore take.
In terms of current progress:
None lmao. I'm currently thinking about porting (aka extending the development even more) this game to Godot after the Clickteam bug happened (turns out it only affected on positions), but also since I've managed to somewhat learn basics of Godot. It could take couple of weeks, since the current state of this game turned out to be small anyways and doesn't have that amount of content that would take forever to port, plus couple of things might also be in need of recoding.
If I'll keep working with Clickteam, the things that are needed to be finished are reworking mechanics to make the game more fun and Custom Night functionality for Comfy Cakes.
A bit more about first iteration.
This is how the game was actually going to look like. it was still shitpost but also my first attempt at doing Frutiger Aero graphics, which I used cycles instead of Blender Internal, before I did a bit of done research and found out that Frutiger Aero for the most part didn't used PBR aka no Cycles or Eevee whatsoever. Another reason was of how unproud I was of what direction this project was going, so this iteration was called off.
So yes, LiveGloss is the second iteration of this concept.
