WTF (What the falafel, I don't curse) is Zaminations?

I made this post for the excuse of making a post that wasn't serious or organized, okay?

(Random rant below!)

So, I'm enjoying life, right?

And I found this video online talking about a channel called Zaminations. I clicked on it and began watching it.

It was this video essay on a "kids" Minecraft animation channel called Zaminations. Obviously, I was curious about what this channel was, so I watched the video and finished it. And... I really understand why YT kids and stuff like that get such a bad rap.

First of all... what is this?

Is it perhaps the redhead that made two characters off themselves throughout her game?

I feel like I should say this: DDLC is very confusing in where it's placed in my opinion. Yes, it is psychological horror. But it's constantly lumped in with FNAF and the rest, which makes me think it's mascot horror.

If DDLC is mascot horror though, then it is literally the best one out there. It is a work of art that deserves to be cherished and framed in a hall of fame.

Also... I don't think this is a game kids should be watching. Especially kids that are like... 5-9?

Anything going on with these four... especially the one in the top right corner.

First of all, Freddy is canonically possessed by a kid who was like 10 when he died.

Second of all, he's a robot.

Third of all, either the DDLC girls are REALLY desperate to find someone to love, or they just got bored of the MC.

Fourth of all, why is springtrap in school? He's a rotting corpse in a bunny suit!

I've been bringing up DDLC a whole lot in this post, but if you're taking literally one of the best indie games to be released this past decade and turning it into a content farm for toddlers, I need to have a word with you.

But why is the sentient Yandere AI falling in love with Gonzo from the muppet's evil cousin?

Listen, man, I'm completely fine with expressing your ideas and making content that lets you play around with some of your favorite pieces of media... BUT NOT LIKE THIS!
