Yes. All 10 X-Siblings can transform into super forms, just like in the official Sonic games (when Sonic becomes Super Sonic). Although this isn't generally necessary, as their basic powers are sufficient.But they can take Super Form in the event that 1. the victim comes into confrontation with one of the 10 X-Siblings, 2. the player attempts to use cheats, 3. or the victim attempts to gain access to their Chaos Emeralds.
