I don't know if this was found already, but I feel like I gotta share. Wally Darling is still actually in the site. I listened to the recording in there for his profile as of writing this, and immediately associated the ringing with the telephone toy. Turns out, if you go to the telephone in the toys section of discoveries, you can actually press the red button on the spinner. Inside is a new part of the website labeled in the tab as "ringring". It has a background that looks like a darkened room with a chair in it and an audio player. The message is a bunch of Wally's lines cut up and strung together to make a huge monologue. I listened to it all the way through, even though you can highlight there page to get the transcript, and it's not required that you play it all the way through. The short version is that he wants to talk by using "good words from the flowers". In his monologue, he mentions cupping you hand to your ear to lend an ear, so I'm assuming that some of the flowers will play or show a word if you hover your mouse over them while it looks like a hand. This is my best guess, but I think I might be onto something with the flowers.
