Y'know, Pac-Mania (MSX 2) hasne't got a any rom hacks, it only two translations, Spanish and Dutch. I thought maybe making a Pac-Mania (MSX 2) rom hack the second I looked up on this but I don't know how to make a MSX 2 rom hack. Can someone help me?
