Yeah, he's the one who massively reported my political satire projects about Chat Xi Jinping. Basically, Chat Xi Jinping was one of the fan-made Baldi characters I had created, based on Smiley, to mock the dictatorship in China—so it wasn't meant to be racist.

because I'm referring to a fact, etc.

And please note that I censored his username throughout because the way he acted made him seem like a child, and even if he had been an adult, I would still have censored his username to prevent cyberbullying, etc.
