That is because when I was sumbitting my extension to https://extensions.turbowarp.org, GarboMuffin made a GameJolt account just to test it. But now, he decided to actually use GameJolt and this is his real account!

Obviously you should not go and harass him or anything, he has a scratch account for your questions and suggestions. I believe this account would be more like his twitter account, maybe with the addition of a game page for turbowarp. Still, you should consider following or supporting him if you've been using turbowarp or forkphorus!
