Body
As you already know, Most of the characters all have the same body, this picture should just explain everything about it, just look at it and lets move on.
Shading
I don't use shading a lot, i only use it depending on the feeling of the scene, and even when I DO use shading, I try to make it as unrealistic as possible,
I don't use outlines because well, its scratch, and you ever made the outline too thick and then those little sharp things pop out of it? then you have to change the thickness of said object, then it looks out of place? yeah, to deal with that problem, I just don't use outlines.
Fingers n' Hands
The thing about the hands is, they aren't really arms, just stubs, and that's the easy thing about making them, it's just little stubs.
The thing about unrealistic hands, is that they don't actually have to be connected to the arm, you can just draw the hand ON the body without actually moving the arms.
Hair
The hair is one of my most dreadful processes, I usually start off by drawing hair with the brush tool onto one of my "Test Puppets" before vectoring it in:
I sometimes make some final touches when I'm done.
Backgrounds
Most of my backgrounds are just recycles of my cardboard designs, though I don't think anyone cares about this part
(or this post in general)
But when making my background (or anything really) I don't really care about perfection, most of everything in the comic are misaligned and inconsistent on purpose, this is made to give the (how many times have I said this) Cardboard/Construction paper effect, so it looks like it was cut out by scissors and put together by glue, you like the aesthetic though don't you?
Mouth
The mouths are pretty self explanatory.
All in all, these characters are simple and don't need explaining, so why I made this post or the last post? I don't know buddy so here's a picture of that one character I forgot about but spent way too much time on:
Bye :)
