Wanna try something different today. Instead of drawing what people expect with today's prompt, I decided to go almost all out and create a battle scene between an evil from the past tyrant and a traumatized hunter.
Nadhira (the woman in blue/purple jacket) is the youngest of her family but despite this, she got one of the biggest scars in her lifetime when she was 15, when in a night at a camp, her close friend and the counselor himself got attacked by a creature. Counselor told her to run and get help, but instead she decided to take a nearby axe and mutilate what seems to be a vampiric being until sunrise, where it eventually burns and die.
Seeing from that, Nadhira now has dedicated her life to protect humanity (and later alienkind) from those beings, starting with enhancing her self-defence via training and eventually made her way as a standalone young hunter for the locals. One day she receives a letter where she is recruited as a member of a multiverse organisation, and you know it, she accepted.
And from that, she joins a squadron which only kills any vampire kinds, BUT spares any other species even if they're monsters unless if the individual is seriously harmful to "in need of protection" (humankind and alienkind). Sometimes she works with her older brother who is HALF a creature she despises, but accepted him in any way.
The man in black is a tyrant from centuries, based on a folklore from the north. Once a feared human, he ate a stew mixed with blood and he enjoyed it. After that, he ordered his guards to spike and kill the inmates in his prison just to make food mixed with blood again. Just when the prison ran out of inmates, he then orders them to hunt and kill innocent children instead.
It doesn't end there. One night, he grows a pair of fangs, and everyone fears him. However, a group of fishermen decided to rebel against him, but they're killed. And one of the murdered rebels is the minister's brother. The minister then grew angry, so he declared rebellion against that tyrant, beginning with blocking the castle entrance while the latter goes hunting. Don't want this to be too long so summary below.
He's shocked, then orders his 100 remaining guards to attack just for those guards to join the rebellion. Too scared, he runs to the forest and dies alone there. But one fateful night centuries later, he resurrected, but alone. He then goes to the modern world, trying to fit in with everyone.
I don't know what to put for the rest here so I hope you enjoyed the artwork and this long essay!
