And yes, there have been a couple inclusions in the character roster, such as Cin and Mr. Kraft.
The only rules for this are that your character must use a projectile weapon, and that you must apply 32x32 sprites for walking and shooting. Oh, and the character must be from an existing game you made…and have a description for the character..
