Zoom Zoom and more Priorities!

I integrated a a couple lines of code to zoom in and out with the scroll wheel, so you can finally see the whole map if you want to:

But the bigger part of the last 2 weeks was spent with something much more difficult. I finally gave the game what it really needed - a proper priority system.

I basically ripped out the old one - it was completely useless. Although it completely destroyed the game for almost a week the final result is totally worth it - the player has now full control over the transportation priorities of the workers. You can have up to 4 different teams of workers - each with their own list of priorities!

Now it just needs a little tutorial and it will be perfectly playable for you - I literally can’t wait to have you guys play it! :)

The Demo

Optimization Time to stress out those systems to see, if something breaks :D I’m currently optimizing the pathfinding and input/output mapping methods to make sure everything runs smooth on lower-end systems.

Suggestions? Now that the demo is out, please give it a try and tell me what you like and dislike. Although the game is still at a very early stage it would be awesome to see what I need to focus on the most. Tell me in the comments below!

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower 🌻, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. πŸ˜‚

What's coming out of your own improvs? πŸ€”

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
