So true, except the dmpc that helps the party adopts them.
In old editions of dnd where it was.. kinda.. goblins were just seen as things to kill for the party to look cool. Dnd made them seem kinda like indigenous people who were brutal untrustworthy thieves..
..They changed this..

The party adopted a red Slaad and blue Slaad. Blue was born first and named Krusveto, red was born second and named Rschvania.
