Cuphead fan made wepon. Puntcher. Puntcher has a downside and a upside. You can only shoot 1 projectile per 2 seconds. The upside is the projectile will do 10 times the damege of the pshouter. The special is a big pountch that dose 10 times as normal.
This pichure only comes on phase 3. But it came on phase 2.
