here is my retake of chaotix, "their" name is ice and volcano, ice and volcano are the broken data from feels/Max that ended up in sonic 3 & knuckles and replaced sonic, they are the same character but with different personalities.

Alright guys made some fixes
Well I started making a playable sonic design (Totally wasn't using sonic 2's sprite as a reference) but I would like to see some feedback so I can improve on it.
Back in 2011, I used to draw in MS Paint. So I drew my favorite characters from Sonic Underground dress up for Halloween. (Btw, I never knew how to spell halloween lol)
