Remember when I "quit" TF2 rebalances, I decided to do some rebalances I wasn't personally happy with a new style, welcome to Neo-Rebalances! (also the syringe kill gives you 15 not 25 oops)

also widowmaker.... i don't like her because she's a control c + control v version of sniper but as a waifu
also overwatch 2 is still mid game because no pve, and mvm is the best
