You might know me as normal human/adoptedhuman I am 19 years old my home is in the southeast area of Asia where all the heat is I am not married. I do art as a hobby I get home every day by 8pm at the latest, I dont smoke I occasionally drink Im in bed by 9pm and make sure I get 8 hours of sleep no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing 20 minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
