1.0.0 removed temporarily because of bugs, sorry.

Plot-related typos that I somehow overlooked, and a few bugs here and there. I’m working on a patch and you will most likely see it soon.

Apparently Clickteam likes to act on its own now, it disabled Night 7 before I built the latest version.

I uploaded a fixed version (still called 1.0.4).
