Here comes Checker Engine 1.0.13!

Changings:

1. Changed the GB effect.

2. Fixed the animation in Overworld.

3. Fixed the layers in Battle.

4. Fixed the gravity in Gameover.

5. Fixed Item and Act in Battle.

6. Adjust the window!
