The scariest video game villain, huh? It HAS to be FLOWEY the FLOWER from Undertale. I didnt even think, that it was possible to make a creepy villain out of a Flower. Hes like "Awwwwww! A little flow- wtf" Look at that Guy! #GJAsks.
