Welcome to Skermunkel, an Indie Game Developer & Publisher based in Randburg, South Africa. We make and launch games for the multi-platform games industry, including Steam (PC, Mac, Linux), PlayStation4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android and iOS (with next-gen console releases coming soon as well).

Skermunkel is headed by Tiaan Gerber, who has over 8 years of professional industry experience and is also the Co-Founder and Co-Lead Developer at Skobbejak Games. While right now, we are focused on maintaining our current titles and releasing our internal title that currently in development, we want to eventually be able to bring a powerful and dependable publishing label to the African continent and not only bring African indie devs to the global scene, but to give the international industry a taste of what African developers are capable of.
