Hello!! No, I'm not ACTUALLY a therapist. I just like making people feel better. Don't take anything I say seriously. I study psychology and mental health, but I've never gone to school for it, and just get it off of the Internet. I like posting things that make people happy, so give me as many suggestions as you'd like if you want me to post some things that make you/others happy.
