-added OpenGL build for android

If your device supports Vulkan , it is better to use it for better performance

- reworked the night mode scene for better performance (small performance improvement)

- slightly increased player speed

- added a separate window for Gamejolt account login on android

- changed OpenGL API renderer to Vulkan

Решил вчера собрать волю в кулак и доделать патч для моей многострадальной игры . В честь этого решил залить игру помимо итча на эту площадку.
