So on thanksgiving day I look in the files of a week with Javier 2: A new season. (I used source explorer btw) And found this in the files

I probably got a guess of how Javier got his golden knife.
When he was first made, his creator was very scared of Javier getting hurt. So his creator gave him a gold knife for self defense.
But due to a malfunction he start to kill people for fun.
