fun fact: the Half-Life chapter "Surface Tension" (chapter 12) is the ABSOLUTE WORST OFFENDER when it comes to overlapping. i guess that in a game like Half-Life, where all maps are directly connected, there's bound to be an overlap somewhere, but DANG!
VALVe gave you the offer that they will release a 3RD installment in one of their game franchises, but you can only choose one. what would it be? [also gamejolt wouldn't let be post this in the Counter-Strike realm beacuse i have chosen too many realms :(
i never realized it, but in chapter 10 of Half-Life: Opposing Force, a later area you visit is actually an earlier area, but blown up (the tripmine booby-trapped area with the snipers, of5a1, is later visited after all the tripmines have exploded, of5a3)
