Because, sure, it's a virtual machine, but it only runs Windows .exe files without having to power on, on Windows on a virtual machine, etc. It's a bit like running NES ROMs on an emulator.

Hehe, since Playnite isn't available on Linux, I know there's an alternative called Heroic Games Launcher, but it has fewer features, such as the integrated like Minecraft ModPack Launcher etc, so this is y i made my own Playnite for Linux lol
