along with the plushies being alive, it looks like their hostile too
so SOME of the plushies are alive
not all, since only one turned its head
so from what ive gathered
Alex is Bugs
based on the screaming as well
im guessing the animatronics where also like springlock suits
and Alex happened to suffer a tragic fate
