It's only unknown what you'll send until you send it.
So I didn't delete the old version of the hospital background from Only Unknown so... here's a comparison between the old and new versions.
Should I include the entire story for A Different Unknown 0.1.5 or should I leave a little bit out for 0.1.6/7?
Either choice will still have some UI improvements.
