Bug report: The ability to upgrade the plants to tier 3 Is no longer functonial

BUG REPORT:

So I beat level 1 on the game but it won't let me progress to level 2. help pls

Plants cant be upgraded anymore or dug up

some times my plant gets planted on another plant so fix this NOW
