Pet City beta version 0.5

This isn't everything I wanted to add to the full beta, so this is only version 0.5 of the beta. The full city will be available in beta 1.

Hey guys, I think I found a small loophole in Construct 3 that will allow me to at least make some progress on Pet City >:3c

I suggested to my younger brother that we make a "small, simple game" on TurboWarp, but something didn't go according to plan...

Now the plan is to have generated levels, bosses, RPG elements, and so on.

And I will help him with everything in development.
