Dr. Robotnik (or Dr. Eggman as you people call him) has built a clone of Tails with flesh and blood instead of metal. But the clone has a bit of different features compare to the actual Tails. (He has one tail, purple shoes and a different mind, meaning that he doesn't know some bits that Tails knows. You know?)

Now the reason why Robotnik (Eggman) decided to make an clone of Tails because he gotta find a way to trick and capture Sonic. So he created a clone of his best pal, Tails.
