The story is, well:

After the player reseted the whole mushroom kingdom (Bowser's Inside Story), and Mario decided to never ever mess with the world again ...but now the Dark Star is glitched, and Fawful became more Insane. There's a new character waiting to be revealed. Now, the difference is...

Bowser needs to gave LOVE (Level of Violence, UNDERTALE stuff cuz I love it), He'll kill his minions to do this. If he has to...

Bowser will also have his elite troops take down Fawful and the corrupted Dark Star, and him too.

Mario & Luigi + Starlow won't be able to help much but...their willing to help Bowser defeat Fawful and this glitched timeline

But why is this really happening? Well....the timelines went crazy into the Toad Town and rocks started falling down. The Toad Town Cave was about to collapse. The Dark Star was damaged. It decided it wanted revenge, Because of the errors in the system. (How does it know the errors? No one may know...)
