The 2024-2025 college football season starts this Saturday! Here are the AP Poll Preseason Top 25 teams:

Washington has hired former Arizona's head coach Jedd Fisch.

Alabama has hired head coach Kalen DeBoer. DeBoer was Washington's head coach during the 2023-24 season and led Washington to a 14-1 record and a National Championship appearance.

Legendary head coach Nick Saban has announced his retirement.

Final AP Poll rankings:

#1 Michigan defeated #2 Washington 34-13 to win the National Championship and be declared as the undisputed best college football team for the 2023-2024 season. That wraps up the 2023-2024 college football season! See you for 2024-2025!

#1 Michigan vs #2 Washington will play in the National Championship game on January 8 at 7:30 PM Eastern time. The winner will be declared the best college football team of the 2023-2024 season.

#1 Michigan defeated #4 Alabama 27-20 in the Rose Bowl to advance to the National Championship.

#2 Washington defeated #3 Texas 37-31 in the Allstate Sugar Bowl to advance to the National Championship.

#6 Georgia defeated #5 Florida State 63-3 to win the Orange Bowl. I don't know what it is with Georgia and bowl games, but they've broke the record for biggest bowl win in history two years in a row: their 65-7 win vs TCU last year, and this year.
