I'm making a mod in Psych Engine and I want to add a custom note that drains your health during all the song (like Retrospecter ones), but I haven't founded a way to make those notes, how do I code that?

Does anyone know how to install and run UncertainProd's XML creator on Linux? I'm trying to get it working on my Chromebook but it isn't complied to a .DEB so I can't directly install it like I did with Minecraft.
