Anyone got Adobe Animate? (I don't care if its legit or crack)

I'm tryna build Codename engine but when I try to do Haxelib run lime test windows, an error keeps showing up saying "You must have a "project.xml" file or specify another valid project file when using the 'test' command". how do I fix this?
