Dev Logs in Jump EX

I added a new skill: Naughty Strike.

It's a strike that quickly hits the target. also has some strong damage.

Here is a new skill: Icicle Cannon.

It's a new Tactician class skill that relies on hitting 6 random targets. It's either a weak attack or a strong attack when it depends.

Here is another attack of Tien Shinhan: Dodon Ray, this is simply a strong chromatic chakra attack that silences the defender.

Tien Shinhan is coming to Shonen Jump Extra, alongside his signature risk attack, Kikouhou (aka Tri Beam).

I added Rasengan in Shonen Jump Extra. It does multi hit damage on one target.
