My mind: it's only going to be a rough day if you decide to stay pissy at me for making a mistake and "not using my brain"

I feel like my trauma and past SH isn't enough, like, it's not accepted bc it's small and SH was in the past. i want to SH again and i struggle a lot but i feel like it's not accepted, and that it's not that big of a deal.
