shifting talks in reality shifters

i didn't shift last night since i was tired as a rock

but i feel a bit better, i keep seeing 444 (which means im getting there ig)

and i can shift since i keep getting the signs so im super close but yeahh

does anyone have tips for shifting? <3 any will be nice!
