General in Resident Evil

I'm having trouble with the RE 3 game.

I have this problem that every time I open the game it erases everything. if instead in the game I try to save with the typewriter, it doesn't save. What should I do if you had the same ?

Maybe, when I'll complete Resident Evil 3, someday I will port this Fantastic RE Fangame, because it seems great!
