How it works!
you must be mod to do anything, to get in go to "Sign up" then say "I wanna be in" then me or the others will search your post history, your shouts, and your communities! if all those things are good then you'll be given mod and able to chat.
RULES
when given mod, if you want to add channels then ask if you can in "questions"
before banning/blocking someone, show me evidence that they should be bannned/blocked from the community.
