Ahoy's Iconic Arms series is what got me into graphic design so I decided to do a little tribute with an Italian classic. (I'm probably gonna do more of these, this was fun!)

Made ME- I mean, 'DOCTOR!' bubbles. Doesn't matter if you're being shot, bleeding out or even burning alive! Those doctors will be able to listen to your whining! (for a TF2 fangame if it weren't obvious)
