Bug Reports in Undertale Perseverance

I was just playing normally up to this point and this happened. idk how im even meant to explain this further. I just did the puzzle and when i flipped the lever this square just appeared

I am extremely sorry. There was a bug that made the game unplayable, but I fixed it in the new update!
