'84 | A Short Survival Horror Game

84 is a short horror game i made within 24 hours using a test scene I made, testing some Post Processing effects. i decided to make this game for Halloween

You're stuck in a strange building armed only with a flashlight and a camera, there is a bizarre creature, avoid it at all costs...

There are several Modes to play though, all of them involve you trying to survive until 12:00am.

PSA: the game maybe poorly optimised, my device is bad to begin with so i am unsure about the performance, If you have any performance issues please inform me so I can attempt to optimise the game.

ORIGINAL MODES

• These modes where in the game from the very start -

The Building

• Avoid the creature in three difficulties, Easy, Medium and Hard, each difficulty increases the time you have to survive for and the creature's speed and movements change.

No Flashlight Mode

• Survive without a flashlight, this may sound easy but walking around this bizarre building is hard enough with a flashlight. You'll have to rely on the flickering lights located around.

Ghost Mode

• The creature can now pass though walls, can you avoid something that is always travelling towards you at a constant speed?

Secret Mode

• Can you find the secret mode hidden on the menu?!

HALLOWEEN UPDATE MODES

• Added with the Halloween 2017 update -

Impossible Mode

• Survive from 1 to 12, the creature starts of slow but slowly gets faster as the night goes on, Can you survive?

Double Mode

• Survive against 2 creatures in the building, one is red and the other is blue, Survive from 11 to 12.

Collection Mode

• Find the VHS tape and take it to the TV all while avoiding the creature, It is possible to survive without collecting anything, but you start from 1.

HALLOWEEN Mode

• Survive from 10:30 to 12, all while avoiding the creature with a Halloween twist.
  This Mode was added to BONUS MODE

FEAR THE FOREST UPDATE MODES

• Added to the Halloween 2017 booster update -

The Forest

• This mode has 4 difficulties, from Easy to Impossible. There are several creatures in the forest, and more are added in different difficulties, as well it gets darker in each difficulty. This mode is under Normal Modes

Soul Eater Mode

• The Soul eater returns from the Dead Doors demo! In this mode you run away from it, in the forest, while avoiding two creatures, can you survive?

Endless Mode

• Forever trapped with the creature in the building, how long can you escape, time does not seem to move anymore...
