The second of a fantasy series I've been planning for 10-15 years.
I fought too much with just making it a simple game, so a visual novel of sorts with limited interactivity it ended up becoming.
The only screens you can freely move are -
Pub Exterior, Mountain, first time in the town.
Everything else is controlled.
Originally released on Itchio on 1st March 2022, updated over the next couple of years.
I have also attempted to implement save flags for every new day. I believe they work.
Most recent update for March 21st 2023 - ADDED THE SERIES LOGO.

Movement - WASD/ Arrow keys
A = Enter
B = Shift (Not used AFAIK. May well register as 'no' for Choices.)
Start = c (nothing mapped to it in-game)
Select = v (nothing mapped to it in-game)

This WAS going to be a standalone game with a simple story. One to test the potion-making aspects of controls, which for this turned out a disaster. So I'm glad I made an expanded story around it that slotted perfectly into a sequel for Tavern Boy.
Even if they ent a boy. Or a girl. Ah well, I wanted a simple title last time. (Yes I used the Dorumon (DigimonOrUnknown-mon) system for their name. Toung = TheyOfUNknownGender.)
That's all for this section of time in the universe/timeline I've created.
Next is same timeline, different dimension. I am currently working on it.
Game concept had existed for nearly a year,
Research conducted, story and script were written over a couple of weeks,
Original game fought with for 2 months until I gave up and
Just over a month of almost 30 hours of on/off work as motivation, sapped by the original disaster, switched on and off. But I worked on #3 in the meantime!
Meaning I started the original in Dec 2021. Fought with it for 2 months.
I switched to THIS version in late Feb 2022.
31st March I'm done with the basic full version of this. Just needs polishing.
Updates have been and will likely be continuing for a while as I tweak as I do with the other games.

Yes, I made ALL of this game on Twitch livestream. (Almost 22 hours recorded, 6.5 off-rec tweaking completed levels. Polishing after completion will not count.)
Unfortunately I can only archive for a couple of weeks at a time and most of the
videos (Except for the GBStudio ones specifically, they're saved on my machine) are
gone.
GOOD NEWS -
Starting this month (April) I will be saving livestreams to export to my Stream Archive YT Channel, so don't worry if you miss the Game-Creation streams starting in April. (Normal games (Bejewelled, Sims etc) will not be saved, 'cause copyright gubbins.)
