a very promising project with a playtest that makes a fantastic first impression! the graphics looks astounding, the whole game plays very smoothly and without any bugs or lags, the animations look majestic - i especially love the one with the castle as it slowly rises from the ground, and the way you select spells and cast them with just two buttons of your mousepad is very convenient and also pretty unique - i haven't seen any other game with a system like this, so, props to you for originality, Luke Wolf!)
the game already has all of the necessary mechanics to be awesome - you can only go up from here) i hope to see some new, cool spells in the next versions, and generally can't wait to play a demo/beta of the game, as the playtest left me wanting for more, so, i'll stay tuned for the game's development and i wish you, Luke, and everyone else who's working on this project best of luck and nerves of steel!) take care and i'll see you in the next version!

Really smooth so far! This is my moonwalk combat style
After Realms is an RTSRPG. You spawn in a world of the after life, bestowed, upon creation, immense magical power! You are a creature of magic with the ability to create your mini-society, expand your territory, grow in power, cast devastating spells to dominate your opponents and rule the realm!
Please follow the instructions to learn how to play:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) You can move with the arrow keys (WASD will be added later).
2) The spells along the bottom spell bar can be selected with the left or right mouse buttons. Left click a spell to assign it to the left mouse button or right click a spell to assign it to the right mouse button. You will then be able to cast the spell by aiming with your mouse and clicking with that button.
3) The spell bar from the left: Fireball spell - use this spell to attack. Possession to possess mana balls dropped by killing monsters. Castle - build a castle to create a respawn point for yourself. You can only have 1 castle built.
4) Kill the spiders and use the possession spell to possess their mana to grow in strength.
NOTES:
1) This game only works on PC.
2) This version does not have any sound or music added yet.
3) UPDATED (27/04/2022): If you notice any bugs, please contact me on Discord - //https://discord.gg/ncsvqVqSsy or Twitch when I'm live: https://www.twitch.tv/lukewolfden/ - There is an issue with the server the bug report system is connected to causing it to 'fall asleep' due to the free plan that it is on. Even though it says that it is sent, it will not be received, so please contact me some other way to report bugs until we can get this fixed.
4) This game is no where near finished yet, not even for a demo. I am releasing this to allow other people to check out the playtest first hand. We will be building the game up after we collect feedback and in time.
5) If you do not see me making this game, it is because I am working on my other project called Chomp 'N' Cheeky, a 2D puzzle adventure game which I am going to be uploading soon to this platform.
