It seems to jump out of fullscreen every time you die that may be because I used alt+enter though (works with gamemaker games). The graphics are well done, music is fitting except when the guitar is added (just my opinion, never seen a pirate use an electric guitar but I'm sure they can shred it). It would have maybe felt better if you were on a rocking ship or something instead of a city or maybe an oldtime city (unless of course he just really wanted to be a pirate when he was younger and his years of training for such an occasion as raining squidishes finally payed off). Good job ;D

Description
Captain Cutter was on his way to get his morning coffee when the sky went red and it started raining squidishes! Hack and slash for as long as you can in this punchy melee combat survival game.
Made from the ground up in 48 hours for the dreamhack game jam.

WASD to move
Spacebar to jump
Left click to attack
Right click to spring attack
F5 for fullscreen
Artwork + Sound improvement
None of the bugs have been fixed but who cares right? Because now the background and bricks are beautiful and you can hear the waves if you listen closely.
