There is a pretty important bug where your heals don't get restored after dying, so you can do entire runs with NO healing items because the game doesn't bring them back
how many encounters there will be?

In this take sans makes you take major setbacks making it way harder for you to collect LV
It’ll show more of sans’ decent into madness as the game progresses as he hesitates to even kill papyrus
Sans does win in this take, but at what cost, only time will tell
