So I have mixed feelings about this one. Over all I really enjoyed. Visually, I think this is amazing, and the opening sequences in the upper area of the house are so beautifully done, visually and audioally. You also managed, for the most part, to get real tension and dread. So atmospheric wise, I think this excellent.
My main criticism, is the Zoom mechanic. I do think it's implemented very effectively, and see as you set it up in the first few seconds of game, it leads one to believe it will end up having more important usage than it does; I spent most game lay Zooming into stuff, seeing if I can learn about it or some message would come up,but nothing.
Which is a shame as you have such interesting lore hereto explore, it feels like you could do more.
But apart from, I really dug this.

Ok so I'm not one for horror games but that was fantasctic, the style, looks and feel for the game was incredible. I've been looking for a horror game title for me to settle into and I think this did it. I honestly feel terrified from it but I think it was incredible and like all games there's always areas to improve upon, such as the dog with the vavle part. But other than that i think the game was absolutely fantastic, well done.
