Rosemary Riddle gets a mysterious box from her aunt and is told that she will know the truth by opening it. She finds her old book in the box, but suddenly it releases loads of ink and creates a strange creature. It takes the book and escapes. Rose tries to run after the creature, but gets trapped in a different reality. A mad demon that runs like an enraged Minotaur guards the book. But he's not the only guard. The Wild Wolves are looking for Rose.
The gameplay and the artstyle of Demon's Deception are very similar to Dark Deception (3D challenging pacman) and Bendy and the Ink Machine (action-horror game).
