hey there!! played the demo on video, liked it a lot through and through - love the interactivity and the branching aspects. here's the link!

Just played through the demo. It's rough in some places but there's a lot of potential here. I think the choices you give the player are interesting, like being able to leave the people to burn (with no consequences though), or buying your way into the next area. Although, some parts of the story feel unfinished. The game mentions that we need to keep Itom from knowing that he's been prompted to head priest, however the mom will repeat this dialogue RIGHT IN FRONT OF ITOM, in the same room! lol. Also, the transition to the village burning down was jarring, you just kind of teleport there with no transition. Wasn't there a festival before this? Why does the story just skip to this part? And there's was a moment at the end of this that I just didn't understand, the one where Taris kills Itom. What was that for? maybe i missed something but this comes out of nowhere and just made me laugh when it happened lmao. Maybe if we got scene in the festival that the game promised, there would have been time to develop this conflict, but again maybe I'm missing some details there.
I'll just post my next part in another comment since gamejolt does not like longer reviews...
Paracelso you gotta upload the whole game archive not just the game.exe, do it like you did with low budget rpg lol
