Long before time had a name, there were dragons and oni. The dragons, with their enormous power and wisdom, ruled the skies, while the oni, a dangerous race of demonic warriors, sought to dominate the earth. The humans, caught between these colossal forces, found themselves in a battle for survival. But, unlike the oni, the humans had something the dragons didn't: their determination and their ability to connect with one another.
In an era where the balance between good and evil hung by a thread, the humans forged an alliance with the dragons, helping them defeat the oni once and for all. In gratitude, the dragons gave humanity five mystical scrolls each one imbued with the power of one of the Elemental Dragons: Fire, Ice, Earth, Water, and Air. These scrolls became symbols of peace, granting humanity the ability to commune with the elements and maintain harmony with the natural world.
But, as with all things, the peace didn’t last forever. Greed and the thirst for power crept into human hearts, and during a terrible war, the scrolls were lost to time. Shattered and scattered, they became little more than myths, whispered about in legends, their true locations hidden away from the world.
Now, a creeping darkness rises once again an imbalance that threatens to undo everything. The rivers run black, the skies are choked with smoke, and the land cries out in pain. The last hope rests with one man: Kai, the Dragon Master of the Crimson Peak, who has inherited the responsibility of finding the lost scrolls and restoring balance before it’s too late.
